Mr. Jerry G. Montjoy

It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to Dorchester School District Four.  Community support is the key to a successful school system.  It takes everyone working together on a common agenda to make progress and advance student achievement.  Our mission is to develop citizens who can function successfully in a changing global society.  To do this, we need to have parents, grandparents, and citizens involved in our schools on a daily basis.  This support will set the stage for a well-educated population that in turn will build a better community.  There is no problem that cannot be solved by a determined community.  This mindset is in keeping with our district's theme, "Pulling Together in Dorchester Four."
