The Odyssey Educational Center hosted a community food drive on Thursday, sharing thousands of pounds of food with families across our community. Students and staff stepped up with real heart, packing bags, guiding cars, and delivering food with a sense of care. Their teamwork turned a simple distribution into a moment of generosity and connection.

Yesterday, our Assistant Principals took part in a district-wide school swap as part of Dorchester School District Four’s Assistant Principal Development Program. Each AP spent the day at a different school, gaining valuable insight into new environments, leadership styles, and age groups. The group came together for lunch at the District Office to reflect, share experiences, and discuss lessons learned, turning a single day into a powerful opportunity for growth and collaboration.

Christmas in DD4 returns on December 13, and we need your help to make this year’s event unforgettable!

For Homecoming, we’re challenging all current and past DD4 Alumni Classes to donate bicycles for our students and families.

🏆 The class that donates the most bicycles by 4:00 PM on October 9 will:

Be recognized at halftime of the Homecoming game
Have their class name engraved on the official Christmas in DD4 Trophy for 2025
Take a photo on the field with the Principal and the trophy, which will be displayed for the entire year
Next year, a different class could claim the trophy, so bring your school spirit and generosity!
