Our responsibilities include:
Employment Opportunities: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees to ensure schools and departments are staffed with talented professionals.
Employee Self Services: Supporting staff with tools and resources for payroll, benefits, and personal information management.
Educator Certification: Assisting teachers and staff with meeting and maintaining state certification requirements.
Alternative Teaching Pathways: Supporting and guiding candidates entering the teaching profession through nontraditional routes, expanding opportunities to serve students.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests: Coordinating requests in accordance with state law to ensure transparency and compliance.
Employee Benefits: Administering health, retirement, and supplemental benefit programs to support staff well-being.
Public Relations: Partnering with district leadership to communicate effectively with employees and the community.
Teacher Effectiveness and Evaluations: Managing performance evaluation systems to promote growth, development, and accountability among educators.
