Yesterday, all the Assistant Principals from Dorchester District 4 (DD4) schools gathered for the first DD4 Assistant Principals’ Academy at Woodland Middle School. 🌟 Hosted by Dr. Sanders and Mr. Beckwith, the event provided an opportunity for collaboration, idea-sharing, and discussion of various scenarios that Assistant Principals may encounter in their roles. Dr. Sanders highlighted the resources available to each AP, while Mr. Beckwith emphasized the importance of providing training to prepare them for future principal positions.
